Holiday Return Policy

Our Holiday Return Policy starts Wed., Nov 23rd at 10 AM CST

Here are the details: 

-You have 14 days after Christmas Day, December 25th, to return or exchange any gifts. This date is JANUARY 8TH. We will not accept anything after this date if it is out of the 14 day policy if it was purchased before the 25th. Anything purchased after December 25th will have our regular return policy applied. 

-The tag must still be attached, in original form, and may not have any damages, scents, or stains on it. 

- Returns are in the form of store credit to the email given from the order or printed out in store. Exchanges of sizes may not be available due to the time frame of the policy but exchanges overall are accepted. 

-If you would like a return or exchange by mail, please email us at info@shelbyjewel.com - we will send you a return label of no cost. You will receive a store credit or have an exchange shipped out once we have received the piece(s) back and processed it.

- All accessories must not be worn, tags still attached - perfumes must be intact and not sprayed.

- Any items that were originally on sale BEFORE any sales (such as BFCM) are FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions.
