Love shopping online, but nervous about how something will fit? Maybe you have an event and have your favorite shoes, but you need to make sure that dress matches perfectly? Perhaps a vacation is on the horizon and some new pieces are needed? 

Welcome to One Day Away! 

One Day Away is 24-hour try-on experience for the Memphis and surrounding areas. A customer favorite that we are bringing back, you now have the option to try before you buy. A delivery fee of $4 does apply! 

How it works:

• Find your favorite pieces on our site or have an event in mind you may need help styling for
• Email us at info@shelbyjewel.com with subject "One Day Away." Add the style names, sizes you would like to try, and your delivery dress with any specific delivery instructions (ex: leave at front door, gate codes, etc)
• An email will be sent back with confirmation as well as making sure nothing else wants to be added such as accessories, gifts, and such.
• It will be delivered the next business day at the address given. 
• A delivery email will be sent once it is delivered. 
• TRY-ON TIME! Take the night to try-on these pieces with other pieces in your closet. You can see how the fit is, if it matches pieces you already have, and if it fits well into your wardrobe.

***Please do not wear out of the home. All tags must still be intact. Please do not spray any perfume or fragrances on or around the items. This is a service we are so happy to provide, and we hope our requests can be respected. We want to provide an SJ experience for the city of Memphis and surrounding areas <3

• Once you have made your decision (no pressure if nothing works,) then you will email what you want to keep.
• The pieces coming back to the SJ Office will be placed outside the next afternoon for pick-up. You do not have to see or meet-up with me - this is for your convenience to live life while getting the fullest shopping experience at ease. 
• An invoice for the pieces kept (or delivery fee) will be sent via email to be paid as soon as you can. If you wish to keep a credit card on file with us, I can provide the paperwork in the bag to do so. A delivery fee of $4 does apply whether you decided to keep or not keep any pieces. 

And VOILA! You have successfully added Shelby Jewel to your closet without leaving your home and feeling wonderful about the purchase.
