The Jewel Box Terms & Conditions

Currently, we only offer monthly shipments. The cut off to sign up for the monthly subscription is the last Thursday of each month. Our subscription fee is $15 and is charged monthly. Once the subscription fee is paid, via CC authorization form, your tracking number will be sent via email provided. Every month an automatic email about the cut off will be sent to the email address provided. 

  Selected pieces are not guaranteed. Pieces are pre-selected based on the order form. Every piece is thoroughly looked over for stains and damages. Please look over the piece before trying on. You have five days to decide what to keep and then return your order. Once those five days have passed and we have not received your box, your card will be charged the full amount listed on the form. 

Please make sure any returned item is unworn and in saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewelry. You are, of course, allowed to try items on before returning them. Place anything you don’t want back into the box and fully taped. If you no longer have your Jewel Box return label, please email info@shelbyjewel.com to request a new label. 

Once you have decided what pieces to return, drop off your box at a USPS mailbox or bring it to your local post office. To track returns, use the tracking number on the prepaid label or  track shipping through Shop App. 

Once we receive the unwanted items, your card will be charged for the pieces kept via CC authorization form. We go through each piece returned thoroughly. If there is any make-up or spray tan visibility noticeable on the items, your card will be charged a dry cleaning fee for the items returned. 

If you are wanting to skip a month, you will need to email us at info@shelbyjewel.com. Once we receive this email, we will pause your automatic payment for the month you are wanting to skip. If you would like to cancel your Jewel Box, this will need to be done via phone at 901.791.4747 and state you are calling to cancel your Jewel Box.
