Return Policy
Girrrrrrl, things just may not work out. I totally get it!
I'm here to make shopping easy - as I already know how hard it is with my styling clients.
If a piece doesn't fit, not hitting your vibe, or you just straight up changed your mind, let's get it returned! You have 14 days from when you received it (not when I mailed it out) to make your decision.
You can email me at shopshelbyjewel@gmail.com for returns or do it all seamlessly within your account.
- All returnable items must not be worn (don't do me dirty like that gals. Haha!) Though there are no tags on it, your girl can tell -- we want to provide a clean, pristine, brand new piece for another gal that may want to purchase it.
- You can return it back in your poly mailer, or if that is destroyed due to excitement upon receiving your purchase, find a box or other shipping material to send it back in.
- You will receive a full refund on your payment - minus your shipping to and fro your address.
- If you get a damaged piece that my quality control eyes missed, immediately email me. I'll make it right. While I only have a very limited inventory, I will either exchange it out if I have another in that size or provide a full refund (including shipping) if I'm out of stock of it.
- If you want to exchange sizes or a for another piece, email me! I'll get that switched out. Or, if you want it in a faster timeframe and make sure you secured that piece, go ahead and put that order in for that size. I will refund shipping on your original order for it.
