    Hello all you moody gals, today we have probably my favorite mood boards I’ve made so far because they tell a story about this moody gal & where she’s going & what she wants! For all the places I eventually want to go to, I made boards full of new & cute  pieces that will be coming out this week so here’s a little sneak peak. All you lucky ladies we have 5 moods for you to choose, but why not choose all!!

     

     

    Sweet as can be in New York

    This is for the easy going, high-class gal in New York! Her day starts off with opening her long billowy curtains to see the beautiful sun peeking through. She chooses the light hearted way of life which comes in subtle pinks & browns mixed together. The Days Ahead Shacket is a fave of mine & it is for this moody gal too in NY. Its light & flowy for the windy days so she can look effortlessly warm & girly.

     

    Catchin’ Cabs

    Coffee, croissant, & in a rush to get to the airport because this moody gal has got to go! She stays on her feet, ready to make the next move whether it’s a work trip or for fun. Black is her go-to color along with the athletic, business look. The Francie Fuzzy Pullover is fun & comfy for her!  A power pant with gold jewelry, unique sunnies, and some shiny penny loafers is her travel uniform. As she waits for her cab, or limo, or whatever she prefers, she waits patiently with a Vogue in her lap & a mocha in hand.

    Rich Girl Yacht Club

    This moody gal is ready for some sun & the ocean breeze so she can finally relax! Propped up on her lounge with her chic heels, she chooses to wear a jumpsuit to stay warm from the wind. The Manola Jumpsuit has the best ocean side vibes! The color is perfect near the water & makes you look tan & adventurous. Celebrate this moment with some lemonade or champagne with your friends in the evening on our imaginary yacht!

     

    The Path to Italy

    Golden hour moody gal has found her home in Milan with all the beautiful cobblestone paths & welcoming people! She finds her place among the red wine & the flowered villa overlooking the water. She goes for an understated look with muted colors like the Milo Collared Sweater & Kimberly Cargo Trousers. The muted neutral with the softness of the sage green trousers make this trip adventurous & ready for all the wandering & sight seeing. This gal will most likely move in & not come back due to all the red wine & pasta!

     

    NY “IT” GAL

    You can find this up-town gal strutting through Manhattan with her band in tow. She’s a fierce girl, who loves a good challenge, so don’t step on her. She’s chic & she knows it with her go-to colors: Big Apple Red & Jet Black. The Jeanna Puffer Jacket will never not be part of her going out look-she likes to look mysterious & cool. You’ll never question her sense of fashion because she’s ahead of the game!

    Not all those who wander are lost but they might need a little help getting where they’re goin! For the wandering soul that loves to just be, I have the best spots in Memphis to float on through. Whether you need a long winding backroad that takes you down memory lane or an endless park of lush green gardens these places will help your lost soul from one end of town to another. All decked out in the oh so classy Shelby Jewel pieces you can be the lost “it” girl you wanna be.

     

    1st Destination: Coffee at Vice & Virtue

    Buckle up, because we’re going all the way downtown to the classy yet retro coffee shop! The Romilla Midi Dress in white is the ultimate wandering outfit that is easy to move in & be comfy at the same time. Look effortlessly beautiful in the unique cotton dress that is simply elegant. The Romilla is the “it” girl dress that stands out, because of the unique buttons & puff sleeves so you might turn a few heads. Sip on your hot latte & read till your hearts content while your wondering soul desires to find the best new thing!

     

    2nd Destination: Fox & Cat Vintage

    Wander into the cutest vintage thrift store in Memphis called Fox & Cat Vintage! You can find the grooviest dresses & bold earrings for a head-to-toe dressed up look! The Lana Leather Mini Dress fits right in with the classic material that has a twist because of the feminine silhouette it gives off. Dress her up with black pantyhose, boots, & a hat & you will have everybody wishing they had your closet!

     

    3rd Destination: Libro & Novel

    Girl you must be hungry by now because you’ve had your coffee, now it’s time for lunch! Stumble into the cutest book store that doubles as a restaurant called Libro. Find you a good book & order the turkey panini with an espresso martini (both my fave)! The Davis Mini Dress in black is light & easy for  a day of searching for the best new rom com book series. The Davis is a cotton long sleeved dress with buttons! Pair some sneakers & your hair up in a claw clip with your glasses & you can wander aimlessly down the book aisles!

    4th Destination: River City Records

    A music lover has to stop by River City Records for some after lunch tunes! The Neo Printed Top & Anya Bermuda Shorts create the easiest fit to go record shopping. Stand out in the bermuda shorts with some short kitten heels to elongate the look.The Neo top stands out because of the subtle brown color mixed with the cream & the all over pattern. Do this outfit justice & take her out to the record store to find your go-to groovy music!

    5th Destination: Harbor Town

    You’ve stumbled upon Harbor Town, which is basically a Hallmark movie town so now you feel like you’re in a movie! Wear the Skylar Maxi Dress with the pretty brown leopard print along the colorful streets because you never know who you’re going to run into. You could meet a cute man or your next best friend! This long dress with short sleeve frills makes you look mysterious as you peer over to the river side. Take an evening stroll to Tugs to catch a nice quaint dinner while under the stars!

    Lounge Heaven

    The year of 2022 is all about rest & taking care of yourself girly! There’s been a lot of random & chaotic events happening within the past several years & its time to step back & re-evaluate how you’re doing. Everyone takes care of themselves differently, & I know (preaching to the choir here) that we all forget to do something good for ourselves as well. Whether it’s reading, meal prepping, exercising, listening to music, or whatever else makes you feel content & relaxed- you should be doing more of that! I personally love to turn up my favorite music (usually 70/80s rock or any throwback songs) & paint till my hearts content. Mixing my art & fashion together is probably where you’ll find me at my most relaxed…. sipping coffee in an SJ lounge set with my music blaring & my paint brushes all over the place. Let me show ya’ll the easiest & comfiest loungewear to express yourself in!

    Sweet Bliss Tank & Sweet Bliss Pants

    This set comes from one of my favorite brands we carry called “Lost + Wander”! The knit is comfy & stretchy so its great for any lazy day active movement. The color is a grainy sand with a ribbed texture & a tie at the waist to make it snug. The set is unique because it’s not the trendy tight outfit. The pants stand out because it’s a semi straight semi wide leg fit. The length hits mid calf & its also high waisted. The tank is round neck & slightly fitted. It’s not cropped but a little shorter so it can be paired with the pant perfectly. This lounge set is great for layering with any cardigan we have. This set is made for jumping on beds with your gals & being in the moment!

    Dakota Fleece Cardigan

    If you need all the fuzzy feels the Dakota is the best cardigan to wrap yourself up in! She is a light mocha colored cardigan with black trim to help it stand out, because this fleece isn’t just any cardigan. The Dakota is long & can honestly be used as a robe, which would make for a great gift for your mom, sister, mother-in-law, or girlfriends! My favorite thing about the cardigan besides the soft texture is the big pockets. Everything is better with pockets & they just happen to be big so you can fit your chapstick & phone in it!

    Cassandra Crop Pullover

    Stuck in bed all day? The Cassandra would look great on you, all while curled up in bed with all the warm blankets & pillows! The beautiful cocoa colored ribbed sweater is easy to pair with leggings or any straight lounge pant. She’s versatile because you can wear her out, but lets keep this in the rest realm for now! The sweater is cropped but not as short as you think. The arms are wide at the top & then get tighter from the elbow down creating a cool effect. For the gals that don’t want super tight fitted sweaters on their arms, the Cassandra is perfect for you! She’s easy like Sunday mornin’!

    Espresso Dreams

    On the road again, you live for the windows down to your next destination! Whether you’re going to the library or to the nearest getaway, adventure is calling your name. Warm brown hues & soft taupe colors make you happy. You have an old soul, so you go wherever the wind takes you. Your days consist of journaling your feelings at the old cafe across the street while listening to some 70/80s music. Brown leather suits you well, so you try to sport it when you're feeling spontaneous! Feeling ethereal & cinematic at the same time, you’re very go with the flow. Your style is on-the-go but classy because you never wanna dress down in your 80s Mercedes!
